John Frederick

John Frederick is an Innovation Project Leader in Battery Advanced Functional Design at Stellantis. They previously worked at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Combustion System Development Engineer from 2015 to 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a GATE Fellow and Graduate Research Associate at The Ohio State University, where they conducted research on in-cylinder heat transfer in spark ignition engines. John also completed internships and co-op terms at Marathon Oil Corporation and Marathon Petroleum Company, contributing to various projects in subsea oil fields and refinery operations. John holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
