Jonathan Wells is an engineering leader specializing in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Automated Driving (AD). Currently serving as the Director of AD Functional Integration and Verification at Stellantis, they oversee the development, integration, calibration, and validation of L2+ and L3 ADAS technologies. With over a decade of experience across global automotive projects, Jonathan has managed teams in North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, playing a pivotal role in the production execution of advanced driving features for brands such as Fiat, Dodge, and Jeep. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy.
