Joseph Young is currently a Staff Engineer in Automated Driving Safety at Stellantis, where they develop system risk analyses and mitigation concepts for automated and electric vehicles. They have a passion for leadership development and advanced technologies, with experience in embedded controls, software and hardware design, and vehicle architecture. Previously, Joseph held positions as a Project Engineer at Meadows Mechanical, a Remote Diagnostics Engineer at PACCAR, and a Design & Test Engineer Intern at Phonon Energy, Inc. They are pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science, at Seattle University, along with a Graduate Certificate and further education at Shoreline Community College.
