Kevin Laboe has over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in powertrain thermal management, fuel economy, and vehicle energy systems. Laboe began as the Manager of Advanced Powertrain Thermal Management at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from April 2009 to August 2015, where a Thermal Management Group was established and advanced waste heat technologies were developed. From September 2015 to April 2018, Laboe served as the Manager of Fuel Economy, Thermal Management, and Powertrain NVH for FCA in Brazil, leading initiatives to meet Brazilian fuel economy regulations. Currently, Laboe is the Global Manager of Vehicle Energy Management at Stellantis, overseeing the development of thermal architectures for electric and hybrid vehicles. Additionally, Laboe is currently the PFDI Meta Function Leader at Capgemini, focusing on training and development in energy management and related fields. Laboe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, earned in 1982.
