Kevin Royce currently serves as VP Quality for DEF Vehicle Segments at Stellantis, overseeing global electrified propulsion systems project quality from initiation to start of production. Prior to this role, Kevin held key positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, including Senior Manager for Advanced Powertrain Platform Quality and Senior Manager for Engine Engineering, leading a team of 83 engineers to achieve various quality and performance targets. Kevin's career at Chrysler includes roles as Platform Manager for Pentastar Engines and Quality Center Manager. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Bioengineering and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, respectively.
