Lance Spencer

Lance Spencer is currently the Development Lead for all heavy-duty truck frame programs at Stellantis, where they oversee program management and integration for the Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator vehicle lines. Previously, Lance held roles as Project Chief and Senior Design Release Engineer, where they spearheaded design and release efforts for chassis assemblies across various Jeep and Ram models. They also coached varsity football and track at Albuquerque Academy, achieving significant team success, and served as a Formula SAE Project Manager at the University of New Mexico, guiding the team to a prestigious ranking. Lance earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of New Mexico.
