Leandro Lara is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in hardware engineering and electronic architecture within the automotive industry, currently serving as Vice President of HW Engineering (Electronics) at Stellantis since June 2006. In this role, Leandro leads a global team focused on innovation in hardware electronics components and oversees the development of transformative platforms such as STLA Brain, SmartCockpit, and AutoDrive HW. Previous positions include Vice President of HW Engineering & EE Architecture and Global Head of EE Architecture, Networks & Diagnostics, where Leandro successfully enhanced vehicle integration and performance. With a strong foundation in telecommunications, having worked as a Telecommunications Technician at CEMIG, Leandro holds an MBA in Executive Management from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade FUMEC.
