Mateus Flecha has extensive experience in audit and compliance roles within major automotive organizations, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Audit & Compliance for South America at Stellantis since May 2021. Prior to this, Mateus held various positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from December 2004 to May 2021, including Head of LATAM Audit & Compliance and Senior Manager for NAFTA Internal Audit & Compliance. Early career experience includes an internship at Ardizoni, Dâmazo, Gustin & Viana Advogados Associados. Mateus holds an MBA in Audit, Controllership, and Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade FUMEC.
