Michael Rousseau

Michael Rousseau, PMP, has extensive experience in industrial strategy and manufacturing engineering, currently serving in a leadership role at Stellantis since January 2020. Prior to that, Michael held various positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, including General Assembly Feasibility Manager, where responsibilities focused on ensuring product designs align with manufacturing capabilities, and Mfg. Engineering Launch Manager, overseeing the development of significant tooling and facilities investments. Michael's expertise also includes managing significant projects such as a multi-billion dollar Manufacturing Assembly Complex in Brazil. Michael's background encompasses roles in business strategy, manufacturing studies, and production supervision at Chrysler, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial Management from Walsh College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Industrial Marketing and Management from Michigan Technological University.
