Michele Bernardo

Perceived Quality Leader

Michele Bernardo serves as the Perceived Quality leader at Stellantis since September 2019, focusing on luxury and premium vehicles with notable involvement in projects such as the Maserati new Gran Turismo Coupe and Cabriolet, as well as the new SUV Grecale. Prior to this role, Michele Bernardo worked at FCA from May 2005 to September 2019, holding various positions including Hybrid Vehicle Performance and Perceived Quality Manager, where responsibilities included defining and achieving strategic quality performance targets for B-SUV vehicles and hybrid projects. Additionally, Michele Bernardo was a Reliability Manager, overseeing reliability for the new Lancia Y project, and held roles as a BDT engineer managing warranty failures and as a Reliability & Warranty manager. Michele Bernardo holds a degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Università degli Studi della Basilicata.
