Monica Borgi

Monica Borgi is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Head of Legal for Region Enlarged Europe at Stellantis, where they focus on various aspects of international law, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance. With substantial in-house legal experience, Monica specializes in drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly in European distribution, marketing, and intellectual property. They have previously served as General Counsel for Comau, Teksid, and IVECO, and held an in-house legal position at Fiat Auto for over 16 years. Monica earned a degree in law with a specialization in international law from the Università degli Studi di Torino.
