Nelly Frankenberg has over 20 years of experience in change management, internal communication, and executive coaching. Currently serving as an internal consultant and coach at Stellantis since September 2019, Nelly previously held roles at Groupe PSA, including change management pilot and communication lead, where responsibilities included developing strategic communication plans and fostering team adaptability to change. As the founder and Director of CoAlign Performance since November 2024, Nelly focuses on aiding companies in their transformations through improved human connections. Nelly's educational background includes licentiate degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IUT de Cachan and Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, as well as a Master's degree in Executive Coaching from CY Cergy Paris Université.
