Pierre Long is currently the DRH at Groupe Stellantis, overseeing HR operations for two sites in Metz that employ 2,500 individuals involved in the energy transition. Previously, they served as Directeur des Relations Sociales France and held various leadership roles at Stellantis, including at the Poissy site. Long has an extensive background in HR and social relations from their time at Sevelnord and PSA, where they managed significant employee populations across multiple establishments. They are pursuing a DESS in Labor Law and Professional Relations at Université Paris X Nanterre and are also in the first year of an MBA in Human Resources at Baruch College in New York.
