文鹏 赵 possesses 15 years of experience in the development of power rechargeable energy storage systems, focusing on lithium-ion cell advancements and battery pack integration. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Stellantis since 2020, they are involved in battery system architecture, cost management, and new technology research. Previously, they held various roles, including Technical Manager at NIO and a Technical Engineer Supervisor at Shanghai Space Power Research Institute, contributing to electric vehicle projects and battery system designs. 文鹏 holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering and a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
