Pradeep Singh is currently the Director of Manufacturing at Stellantis, where they lead powertrain operations and regional structured problem-solving initiatives. With a robust background in quality management and root cause analysis, Pradeep has successfully driven significant quality advancements, including the launch of new engine platforms. Previously, as Senior Director at TE Connectivity, they cultivated a "Quality Everywhere" culture, resulting in a notable 34% improvement in costs of poor quality (COPQ) and enhanced customer satisfaction. Pradeep holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Annamalai University.
