Raffaele Rega holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and has extensive experience in the automotive field. They began their career in Research and Development, initially as a technician and CAD/CAE analyst, before advancing to lead and coordinate complex projects within the R&D Department. Raffaele has served as Vehicle Development Manager for major projects with the Fiat Group and has held significant roles at FCA in the USA and China, overseeing vehicle programs for North America and the APAC region. Currently, Raffaele is the Chief Vehicle Engineer (R&D Responsible), focusing on the development of future micromobility vehicles for markets across EMEA, MEA, and South America.
