Ralf Kirschbaum

Ralf Kirschbaum is a Senior Leave at Stellantis, responsible for the development and maintenance of Hardware in the Loop (HiL) systems for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), chassis, and powertrain electrification. Ralf has extensive experience in engineering, having held multiple roles at Stellantis, Opel, and ITT Automotive, where they focused on controls development, validation, and project management. Ralf also led a cross-functional team to validate software for an on-board charger in electric vehicles and has contributed significantly to test automation and system architecture. They earned a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
