Ritesh Kadbe is a Tech Fellow specializing in Total Energy Management, Strategy & Policy, and battery durability, with expertise in CO2 CAFE regulations and xHEV, BEV, and fuel cell testing. Currently, Ritesh serves as the Global Regulation Leader for Battery at Stellantis and as a Regulatory Specialist at Groupe PSA, focusing on environmental regulations for passenger cars. With a background as a CAE Analyst at L&T Technology Services Limited and a Senior Simulation Engineer at Opel, Ritesh has extensive experience in strength and durability analysis, engine simulation, and multibody dynamic simulation of powertrain systems. Ritesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University, an MTech in Design from IIT Delhi, and a Master of Engineering in Alternative Powertrain from Ostfalia University.
