Rob Christoff is an experienced leader in propulsion systems, currently serving as the Propulsion Systems Global Family Manager for Electronic Drive Systems at Stellantis since January 2019. In this role, Rob oversees a program management team focused on the development and launch of new eMotor platforms. Previous positions include leading global teams for driveline, axles, and gear reducer programs and acting as the technical interface for driveline and axle program deliverables on notable projects such as Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator. Rob's career also encompasses significant roles at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, ZF Friedrichshafen, and Chrysler, where accomplishments include leading manufacturing planning and engineering initiatives that contributed to cost savings and successful product launches. Rob holds a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
