Roger Clawson

Roger Clawson is a seasoned leader in stamping and engineering with over 30 years of experience. They began their career at Chrysler as a Machine Repair Apprentice in 1993, advancing through various roles including Maintenance Supervisor and Operations Manager at Warren Stamping. In 2009, they became Manufacturing Engineering Manager, overseeing significant press installations and productivity improvements. Currently, Roger serves as the Director of Stamping Equipment and Engineering for Stellantis, managing stamping projects and equipment across six facilities. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University and multiple associate degrees in industrial operations and CAD/CADD drafting.
