Ryan Andersen

Ryan Andersen, Ph.D., is a creative and people-focused Scientist and R&D Project Manager who currently serves as a Catalyst Development Subject Matter Expert at Stellantis, where they optimize catalyst and calibration chemistry while managing supplier collaborations. Prior to this role, Ryan was a Project Manager at Umicore, overseeing the development of new catalyst formulations for major automotive manufacturers and directing the North American R&D prototype laboratory. Ryan earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Biochemistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Honors from The University of Tulsa. With over 12 years of experience in servant leadership, Ryan has successfully commercialized technologies that contributed significant revenue and cost savings in the automotive sector.
