Ryan Lai

Ryan Lai is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in vehicle design and project coordination. Currently serving as a Design Release Engineer at Stellantis since September 2014, Ryan has been responsible for the design and engineering release of interior cockpit structures and air outlet assemblies, overseeing the entire process from concept to vehicle launch while coordinating efforts across various teams. Prior to Stellantis, Ryan held the position of Product Engineer at Multimatic, where management of I/P and BIW structures involved liaising with customers and coordinating engineering changes. Additionally, Ryan’s early experience includes working as a Jr. Project Coordinator at Inviro Engineered Systems, focusing on the LEED certification process for construction projects. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor, obtained in 2009.
