Ryan Maenza

Ryan Maenza currently serves as Field and New Dealer Training Manager at Stellantis, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Ryan held various managerial positions at Maserati, including Customer Experience Operations Manager and National Training Manager, from January 2019 to January 2021. Ryan's career in the automotive industry began with FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where roles included National Sales/After Sales Training Manager and National Product Training Manager from February 2011 to February 2019. Earlier experience encompasses automotive training and facilitation roles with Ford, Lincoln, Volvo Cars N.A., Chrysler Group, and Subaru from 2000 to 2011, as well as product specialist and facilitation roles at Gail and Rice. A foundation in labor for Paladino Homes was also established during the part-time position held from 1999 to 2006. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Finance from Oakland University and an Associate degree in Business from Macomb Community College.
