Sharon Pacitto is currently the Head of Communications & Brand Experience for Fiat and Abarth at Stellantis since May 2023. With extensive experience at Fiat Auto since April 2009, Sharon has held roles in Sales Planning and as the Incentives & Sales Communications Manager, overseeing dealer incentives and sales communications across all passenger car brands, including Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Jeep. Prior to this, Sharon worked in sales operations at Alfa Romeo UK from July 2005 to March 2009, where responsibilities included coordinating stock, programs, and incentives for the manufacturer. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oxford Brookes University, where studies focused on languages for business, specifically Italian and German.
