Sky Tate is currently the Maintenance CoC Lead for North America at Stellantis, where they manage and standardize maintenance methodologies across various plants. Previously, Sky held positions including Maintenance Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and Senior Service Engineer at ABB, among others, where they focused on maintenance, engineering support, and team management. Sky began their career as an Electrician at Modern Systems and Services and subsequently worked as a Controls Engineer at xbar, emphasizing improvements and training in machinery operation. Throughout their extensive experience, Sky has developed a robust skill set in lean maintenance practices and equipment performance optimization.
