Stacy Ostermeyer

Stacy Ostermeyer has extensive experience in compensation program design and implementation, particularly in the automotive industry, currently serving in roles related to global and executive compensation at Stellantis. Over the years, Stacy has held various positions within Stellantis, including Head of Compensation, North America, and has previously served as Director, Compensation at General Dynamics Land Systems. Stacy's career began at Comerica Incorporated, where they were Assistant Vice President of Compensation, responsible for both incentive and executive compensation programs. Stacy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources from Oakland University.
