Stefania Spada

Stefania Spada holds a master’s degree in Environmental and Territorial Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin and a Master’s program in Ergonomics from the University of Naples Federico II. They have served as Ergonomics Manager at Stellantis since 2021, overseeing wellbeing, health, and safety across Enlarged Europe and developing innovative ergonomic methodologies and tools. Previously, Stefania worked as a Safety and Environmental Officer at Pirelli and contributed to ergonomic practices at Fiat Research Centre. They have also been instrumental in various ergonomic initiatives, leading to patents and numerous scientific publications while teaching Ergonomics and Work Organization at several universities.
