Steve Stefos

Steve Stefos is a Systems Technical Manager at Stellantis with over 15 years of international experience in Powertrain and Vehicle Development, Manufacturing Operations, and Program Management. Previously, Steve held leadership roles at General Motors, including Powertrain Business Unit Manager and Ops Plant Manager, where they implemented Lean Manufacturing principles and achieved significant cost savings. Steve also served as Director of Global Program Management and Supplier Quality at GSS Global CO. and has been a key player at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles since 2012, leading Powertrain Integration activities for RAM trucks. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayne State University and various certifications in quality and process improvement.
