Sylvain ADAM

Sylvain Adam is currently the Head of Engineering Department & Kaizen Improvement at Stellantis Rennes, a position held since 2021. They previously worked at Mitsubishi Electric from 1997 to 1999, first as a Conducteur d'installation and then as a Technicien méthodes industrialisation et programmation. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at Groupe PSA in 2018, including Responsable de production and animateur of the PSA Excellence System. Sylvain holds a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in Mechanical and Industrial Automation from Lycée Joliot Curie and a Baccalauréat in Mechanics from Lycée Maupertuis Saint Malo.
