Tricia Boman

Tricia Boman is an experienced professional with a strong background in industrial engineering and organizational improvement. Currently serving as a NA BIW AME PPD Timing Specialist and BIW Center of Competence Lead at Stellantis since October 2021, Tricia has previously held roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as an Industrial Engineering Manager, focusing on productivity improvements and workplace organization. Earlier, Tricia worked at General Motors in various capacities, including Global HR Learning Performance Manager and GMS Lean Implementation Manager, emphasizing continuous learning and Lean strategies.
