Vedran Dabic

Vedran Dabic is an experienced team and production manager with a strong background in overseeing large teams and optimizing performance metrics. At Sutherland, Vedran managed a team of over 200 employees, focusing on sales and service production while collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. With earlier roles as a Team Manager and Financial Advisor, along with recent experience as a Production Supervisor at Stellantis and Jamieson Laboratories, Vedran has developed a comprehensive skill set in performance management, KPI analysis, and team development. Vedran holds two degrees from St. Clair College: one in Business with a focus on International Business and another in Mechanical Technician - CAD/CAM/CNC.
