Weston Lee

Weston Lee is a dedicated Automotive Engineering Leader with over 13 years of experience in the industry, focusing on technical program management and quality assurance. Currently, they serve as a Technical Program Manager and Project Quality Manager at Stellantis, where they oversee the design and industrialization of the next-generation Jeep Compass. Previously, Weston held roles including Project Chief Engineer for Air Induction and Exhaust Systems on the Jeep Grand Wagoneer and the Ram 1500 Ramcharger. They have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico Tech, an A.A.S. in General Science from Diné College, and are pursuing an Executive MBA at Oakland University. A proud member of the Diné Nation, Weston is also actively involved in mentoring Indigenous professionals through the Indigenous Cultural Opportunity Network at Stellantis.
