Rashmi S. has over 18 years of diverse experience in sales and marketing, brand building, business operations, and digital marketing across various sectors, including financial services, consumer goods, and startups. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Stellapps Technologies, they focus on enhancing farmer productivity through technology-led solutions for over 3.5 million farmers in India. Rashmi has also held positions such as Brand Strategy Consultant for CK Birla Group, Director at The/Nudge Foundation, and Vice President of Business Operations at Radio Mirchi. They have shared their expertise as a visiting professor at Symbiosis International University and co-founded an experiential travel startup, Beyonder Travel. Rashmi is pursuing a PGDM from the Indian School of Business.
