Shekhar has over 14 years of work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. .Shekhar. began their career in 2007 as a Sr.Executive_Telent Acquisition/ US Staffing at IGI Ltd. In 2010, they joined Pyramid Consulting, Inc. as a Sr. Manager (Operations & Delivery), where they were later promoted to Resource Manager, Associate Manager Resourcing, Team Lead, and Sr.Executive Resourcing. In 2020, Shekhar moved to The Judge Group as a Delivery Manager -RMG. Currently, they are the Director -Recruiting & Client Delivery and Manager at Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC.

Shekhar completed their MBA from Rai Business School in New Delhi from 2004 to 2006. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Darrang College/ Guwahati University from 1997 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a PGDCA from Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). .Shekhar. also holds an NCC C-Certificate from NATIONAL CADET CORPS - India which they obtained in July 2001.
