Scott has an over 20-year track record in CEO, COO, and CFO roles building high-growth technology-enabled venture and private equity-backed companies. He delivered 3 investor exits including the sale of Viator to TripAdvisor, CEO before WageWorks public offering, and led a successful IPO process at eBenX. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
