Ada Vaughan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnership development and marketing strategy, particularly within the DeFi and blockchain sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of DeFi Partnerships at Stellar Development Foundation, Ada focuses on enhancing DeFi projects on the Stellar network. Previous roles include Head of Growth at Code4rena, where Ada supported competitive audits and security enhancements, and Vice President of Global Partnerships at Conduit, leading web3 partnership strategies. As a consultant since 2011, Ada has provided product-market fit recommendations and go-to-market strategies for diverse clients. Ada's entrepreneurial background includes co-founding and leading several startups, as well as serving as Executive Director at BRD, which was acquired by Coinbase.
