Iftach Haitner

Iftach Haitner is a highly experienced professional in the field of cryptography and computer science. Currently serving as Principal Researcher at Stellar Development Foundation since April 2024 and a Professor at Tel Aviv University since August 2010, Iftach's research primarily focuses on the Foundations of Cryptography. Previous roles include Principal Applied Cryptographer at Coinbase, Cryptographer at Unbound Security and Curv (acquired by PayPal), and Scientific Researcher at Microsoft Research Lab – New England. Iftach's early career included software development positions at Softwatch, Pixel, and Tecnomatix Technologies.
