Kevin Chiang

Kevin Chiang is an experienced IT Manager at Stellar Services, where leadership and strategic skills have been demonstrated since July 2013 after being promoted from System Administrator. With additional volunteer work as the Director of IT for the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation's Greater Washington Regional office, Kevin manages IT programs and budgets. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes founding KTC Paradigm Bridge, Inc., specializing in investment analysis. Engagement in community service is highlighted through roles such as Curriculum Director for Tzu Chi Youth Group and a Martial Arts Instructor at San Dimas Tzu-Chi Academy. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA and an Associate of Science in Business Management from Mt. San Antonio College, complemented by ongoing professional development through the CCIM Institute.
