Dave Kelley

Dave Kelley is a highly experienced Senior System Engineer currently with Stellar Solutions since July 2022, specializing in program integration and R&D missions in the U.S. Previously, Dave served as the TAP Lab On-site Program Manager at The Tech7 Company, utilizing Agile methodologies to develop advanced data exploitation applications. Education includes a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Master of Science in Systems Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Master of Military Operational Art & Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additionally, Dave's extensive career includes roles as Program Manager and Team Leader at SAIC and Scitor Corporation, and notable leadership in system acquisition and space operations during a 21-year career in the United States Air Force.
