David Rogers

David Rogers is an accomplished Sr Systems Engineer specializing in electronics, currently serving at Stellar Solutions since February 2008 as a NASA on-site engineer for the GOES-R GLM instrument at LMCO-ATC in Palo Alto, CA. Previously, David held multiple roles as a Sr Electrical Engineer at Stellar Solutions, contributing to various NASA missions including GLORY/APS and JPSS/VIIRS. David's extensive experience began at Santa Barbara Remote Sensing - Raytheon from March 2000 to November 2006, where responsibilities included designing, building, and testing electronics for NASA missions. Prior to that, tenure at Santa Barbara Research Center (HUGHES) spanned from May 1974 to 2000, where David progressed from Electrical Engineer to Engineering Fellow, playing key roles in numerous significant NASA projects. David earned a BSEE and MSEE in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and attended the University of California, Berkeley.
