Todd Parks

Todd Parks, PMP, serves as a Senior Systems Engineer at Stellar Solutions since May 2015, contributing to NASA's CubeSat Launch Initiative, commercial and inter-agency agreements, and the Artemis mission's Human Landing System. Prior to this role, Todd held significant leadership positions in the United States Air Force, including Chief of the Capabilities Integration Division at the Air Force Research Laboratory, where Todd directed a team in identifying and prioritizing capability gaps across various commands and managed a science and technology roadmap exceeding $2 billion annually. As Chief of the Strategic Requirements Division at Air Force Space Command, Todd oversaw a multidisciplinary team on space and cyber program requirements worth over $70 billion. Todd's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems and Organizational Leadership from Colorado Technical University, a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University, among other credentials in systems engineering and military education.
