Cathy Cheng

Cathy Cheng has extensive work experience in the field of data engineering. Cathy is currently working as a Data Engineer at StellarAlgo since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Engineer at Article from March 2022 to August 2022. Cathy'sprevious role was Senior Data Engineer at Viu from August 2021 to August 2022. Cathy also has experience as a Data Engineer at HK01 from July 2018 to August 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Customer Data Analyst at HKT from March 2015 to August 2016. Before that, they served as a Business Analyst at CodeFreeSoft Limited from June 2014 to February 2015. Cathy Cheng obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Science from City University of Hong Kong, graduating in 2011. Cathy then pursued a Master's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Stevens Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they also obtained certifications such as SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 in May 2016 and SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 in June 2015. Additionally, they completed courses such as Data Engineering with Hadoop and Spark from NYC Data Science Academy and various data science courses from DataCamp, including Intro to Python for Data Science, Introduction to R, and Pandas Foundations.
