Stephen Tsang

Stephen Tsang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stephen currently works as a Data Engineer at StellarAlgo since 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Migration Specialist at Shareworks by Morgan Stanley from 2017 to 2020. Stephen also worked as a Business Intelligence Specialist at the University of Calgary from 2015 to 2017.

Before transitioning into the technology field, Stephen gained experience in the trades industry as a Business Analyst & Assistant Ceramic Tile Setter at G.G. Custom Tile Ltd. from 2008 to 2015. During this time, they developed a financial business plan and handled complex invoicing. Additionally, Stephen served as the Director of Finance for the Real Estate Student Association at the University of Calgary from 2013 to 2014, where they successfully ran fundraising campaigns and events.

Earlier in their career, Stephen worked as a Supervisor at Royal Liquor Merchants from 2010 to 2013. Here, they trained and supervised a diverse team while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Stephen Tsang attended the Haskayne School of Business from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems. In 2015, they enrolled at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) to pursue studies in Business Intelligence - Data Analysis & Reporting. As for additional certifications, they became a Certified Shareworks Associate and a Certified Shareworks Master through the institution of Shareworks by Morgan Stanley in 2017.
