Mick James is currently the Manager of Operations at Stell, where Mick leads various departments to ensure efficiency and team success. Prior to this, Mick held leadership roles at Vulcan Inc. and Starbucks, focusing on operations, facilities, and veteran/military affairs. With a background in the US Marine Corps and a degree in Speech/Communications from Western Washington University, Mick has a strong foundation in leadership and operations management.
