Stellenium develops and operates AI data centers with behind-the-meter power generation. We take projects from greenfield through decades of steady-state operations, delivering turnkey facilities for governments, enterprises, and institutional investors.

We handle the full lifecycle: site selection, power engineering, facility design, construction oversight, commissioning, and long-term operations. Every facility pairs dedicated, behind-the-meter power generation with high-density, AI-optimized compute environments, removing grid dependency as a constraint on capacity and uptime.

What differentiates Stellenium is that we are both the developer and the operator. Most infrastructure firms do one or the other. We engineer for operability from day one because we are the ones running it for the long term, not handing it off to a third party after commissioning.

Our co-investment model aligns us with our partners. We put capital alongside theirs and build infrastructure they own and control. For clients that require data sovereignty and regulatory compliance, our facilities are designed to meet those requirements within national borders. For commercial and enterprise clients, we deliver the same behind-the-meter, high-density AI compute at scale.

The team brings deep experience across data center development, power infrastructure, telecommunications, and enterprise engineering.
