Robert Jackson

Robert Jackson has worked in the software engineering industry since 2007. Robert began their career as a Software Engineer at Computer Associates, then moved to Planet as a Senior Software Developer. In 2007, they joined CA, Inc. as a Senior Software Developer, where they developed Java components for the CA Gen tool. In 2010, they joined Cambium Learning Group as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on developing marketing websites and online web stores. In 2013, they moved to Mphasis as a Senior Software Engineer, then to FPX as a Solutions Developer, where they worked to integrate existing sales platforms with the FPX Configure, Price Quote solutions. In 2014, they joined EmLogis, Inc. as a Senior Software Developer, where they developed web based employee scheduling solutions for public service and healthcare organizations. In 2016, they joined Capital One Auto Finance as a Senior Software Engineer, then moved to 3|SHARE as a Senior Developer. Robert currently works at Stelligent as a Dev Ops Automation Engineer.

Robert Jackson completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 1984. Robert then went on to earn their Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1994. Since then, they have obtained multiple certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform Certified, including the AWS Certified Database - Specialty (2021), AWS Certified Security - Specialty (2018), AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (2018), AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (2018), AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty (2021), AWS Certified Alexa Skill Builder - Specialty (2021), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional (2018), Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect (2020), Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer (2020), and AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty (2018).
