Cindy McKenzie is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT strategy, planning, and implementation across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President at STEM Advantage since September 2012, Cindy has held prominent roles including Chief Information Officer at Curaleaf, Executive Vice President at Co3/Method, and CIO at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Jacobs Engineering, PwC, Fox Entertainment Group, Fox Filmed Entertainment, and Sony Pictures Entertainment, with a focus on enterprise application services, technology solutions, and managing global IT functions. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.

STEM Advantage was founded in 2012 to mentor, prepare and inspire women and underserved communities to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) through paid internships, mentorships and scholarships. This 360-degree program is designed to open doors and support students who have talent, but don't have the same opportunity and network of students attending a private or elite public university. We partner with students attending the California State University (CSU) system, the largest and most ethnically diverse university system in the nation.
