Aravind S. serves as the Sr Director of Technology at Stem, Inc. since April 2019, providing technical vision and strategic direction for SaaS solutions in the renewable energy sector and founding Stem Labs India to establish product and technology metrics. Prior experience includes serving as a Power System Consultant at Schneider Electric, where strategies led to a $25M pipeline and $20M in revenue, and as Engineering Manager at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, where leadership of multicultural teams resulted in triple growth of resilience projects. At Siemens, Aravind managed large-scale international projects, while earlier roles as System Integrator at Mesa Associates and Application Engineer at Frog AGV Systems focused on automation and control solutions. Aravind's educational background includes an MS in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a BE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras.
