Ashley Henderson has had a diverse range of work experience in the environmental and energy sectors. Ashley started their career as a Project Manager at Gills Onions, where they focused on developing tracking and sustainability solutions for agricultural operations. Ashley then moved on to UC Santa Barbara, where they worked as a Research Specialist on a life cycle assessment project. Afterwards, they joined Life Cycle Associates, where they held roles as an Environmental Scientist and later as a Project Manager, specializing in alternative transportation fuels and supporting clients in LCFS pathway registration. Currently, they are employed at Stem, Inc. as a Principal Program Manager, responsible for managing multiple programs in energy storage and virtual power plants, securing funding, and reporting to executives. Overall, Ashley has demonstrated strong expertise in life cycle assessment and sustainability, with a focus on the environmental impacts of various industries.

Ashley Henderson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science from Columbia University in 1999-2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University in 2004-2005. In 2009-2011, Ashley attended UC Santa Barbara and obtained a Master of Environmental Science and Management degree.
