Daniel Sweeney

Daniel Sweeney is currently serving as the VP of Business Development at Stem, Inc., where they continue to leverage over three decades of experience in business development, management, and engineering within the renewable energy and high-tech sectors. Previously, Sweeney held key roles at Intel Corporation, including General Manager of the Optical Platform Division, where they contributed significantly to the company’s leadership in optical transponders. They also served as Chief Operating Officer at OnDemand Energy and General Manager at Elemental Energy, focusing on innovative energy solutions. Sweeney holds a BS in Renewable Energy Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
